User Agreement

01 Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the 3301 VPN Bot (“Service”) operated via Telegram under the handle @VPN3301_Bot (“Provider”). By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

02 Jurisdiction & Legal

2.1 The Service is operated from Portugal.

2.2 The Service is NOT offered in, targeted at, or available to residents of jurisdictions where VPN usage is restricted or regulated, including but not limited to the Russian Federation, Iran, North Korea.

2.3 Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Service complies with local laws.

03 Nature of Service

3.1 The Service provides a privacy-focused VPN connection without logs, without monitoring, and without retention of connection metadata.

3.2 The Service is NOT intended or permitted for:

• Circumvention of government censorship, sanctions, or territorial access restrictions;
• Illegal downloading (including torrents), copyright infringement;
• Hacking, fraud, or unauthorized access to systems;
• Any activity prohibited under EU, Portuguese, or international law.

04 No Logging Policy

Provider maintains a strict no-logs policy. No activity logs, connection logs, timestamps, or user identifiers are stored. The Provider cannot supply any information to third parties because none is stored.

05 Payment & Refund

• Payments are processed solely via Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, or Wallet-to-Wallet payments.
• The Service is considered delivered the moment the user receives access credentials.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, consistent with digital service delivery law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU exceptions for digital content).

06 User Responsibilities

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Users must not engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to copyright violation, torrenting, attacks, fraud, malware distribution, or bypassing geo-restrictions in restricted jurisdictions. Misuse results in immediate termination.

07 Limitations & Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind. Provider is not liable for service interruptions, loss of data, misuse by the User, third-party actions, or any indirect or consequential damages.

08 Privacy & Data

Provider processes only minimal technical data necessary for real-time service operation, without storage. GDPR compliance is ensured through data minimization principles (Article 5 GDPR).

09 Termination & Acceptance

Provider may terminate access at any time if the User violates this Agreement. By using the Service, the User confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
